Hey, not bad, I like the markings on the dragon and the details in the grass. I think the tonal could be increased across the body in order to help increase the depth of the work, though, perhaps to indicate more strongly the light source from the globe as well. I think the grass would be reflecting its colour onto the body and legs also

It's a very cute cartoony work.

I think the level of detail on some areas of the dragon needs to be brought up to match his nice yellow belly though.

You "compartmentalized" the color - put each monochromatically shaded color in a separate area, with no interaction between them. The result is rather dull. Make the color interact and shine.

I like the dragon! The details on the stomach (as already said) are really good. Nice eye, too.
